Do not use them!

This company wants to charge me to replace their infrastructure in my property that was done poorly before I took residence, how can one have Fibre cables and pipes exposed on a property and keep me liable for it when it breaks after I requested that they hide the cables and pipes. Now I must be held ransom for a new build.
