Disgusting service!!! Avoid this company by all costs!!!!!!!!!!!

I honestly cannot believe that I'm still waiting for my fiber installation. For 3 months? I'm working from home and now have to fork out cash on a daily basis for my phone line and data. This is disgusting!!!! I've never come across anything like this in my life. I've sent Afrihost my municipality account to prove my address and still you tell me you cannot locate it. What are you using to locate an address? Why is this taking so damn long. Why can't I get any answers from your call centre or the people you ask to call me. What's the point of having people call me to check an address, if you plan for the process to take another 3 weeks????
