Disappointed client

I've been struggling to get my internet working, been speaking to 4 different agents and everytime they tell me my internet will be sorted shortly, it's 2 days now, first they don't debit my account and I have funds available, then I had to pay manually with a link, I paid and it's still not on after a whole two days, I requested another call back from them to no avail, you can't contact them because the numbers provided is either old or they offline
