I paid the R399 required for installation.on the 3 Jan 2022 I received a call from Charmaine from Sad to schedule an appointment for the 5 Jan 2022 to install fiber.the day came and no technician came .apperently I'm told the fiber is installed at 657 Sytze wierda even after I veried my address being at number 675 Sytze Wierda Avenue Phillip Nel.I have been trying to reach out Vumatel to rectify this madness to no avail.i have spoken to a person by the name of Jacob and explained to him that a technician was scheduled to install on the 5 January 2022 but no one came.i really fed up of this people as clearly I have been ****** daylight .I received message with a username and password but no fiber installed.have been sending email back and forth and no help.theirs support Centre number is actually useless I can't get through
