Bad service/installation not done

I have calling Vodacom with regards to an installation from Vuma reach...their service is disgusting I have never in my entire life called a call centre 6 times and spoke to 6 different people giving me 6 different stories for the same query. I have lost a full day of work because if this company and they and a full day of service that has been paid for upfront.
