Bad Service From Vuma Reach

Good day please see attached and advise accordingly. Cannot purchase voucher I've had other cool ideas clients having same issues... Unacceptable clients are running businesses from home..it's been over a week already issue still not resolved. I'm starting to think that this was not a cool idea at all. Cool ideas confirmed issues is with Vumareach Worst service ever
