Bad service and rude agents

because I am going to be told the same thing the 4th day I sent another chat asking why my services are canceled that agent told me she needs to transfer my call without me replying she just transfered me the third agent ask me again how he can assist I explained again he ask me damn proof of payment I was so shocked because how dare can the agent that logged a refund not request POP I waited more than 30minutes waiting for this agen I stated my shift up until today its been a second week no manager called me no one told me why my services are canceled no one is bothering BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
