Annoyed with VUMA REACH AND WEBAFRICA.

Changed ISPs from cool ideas to Webafrica only because webafrica offers 30 service compared to cool ideas. Biggest mistake. Signed up on Saturday, its been day 5 with no internet. Webafrica has the worst customer services whatsapp line. I have a job and im dependant on the internet. Now i have to sit on whatsapp and let agents troubleshoot the same thing over and over and then tell me its a VUMA Reach problem. The lines are VUMA but i cant even make contact with them to sort this issue out and clearly what'sapp line is not working for web africa.
