4 days no connection-VUMA SUCKS

Friday 07.06.24 I contacted Afrihost as my router was flashing LOS and this was after they replaced a cable on my router the day before,I have messaged Afrihost more than 20 times over the course of this weekend as well as today and everytime it gets escalated and they tell to give VUMA time like 24-48 hours ...after I have been without connection for almost 4 days.I have to wait for a technician to contact me to come to house to have a look,then im told they are still investigating,its a back n forth story all while I paid my subs and no connection,I work from home most days and now I have lost 2 days because of this.its costing me more now.
