Very Poor Support

The internet connection from Vukela Connect is actually good and the speeds are stable. Unfortunately, their customer service is extremely disappointing.

Whenever you need assistance, it is very difficult to get help. Responses are slow, communication is poor, and issues take far too long to resolve. Good internet means very little when the support behind it is so frustrating.

I hope the company improves their customer service because the technical side of the service is decent, but the customer experience is not.
