I had the worst experience from Vukela connect . I did not have internet connection since Last week Monday and the technician called MUSA fixed it but it lost connection again today. When I called him he told me he gets instructions from Vukela connect and not to me. He is rude and arrogant AND I suggest he gets proper customer service training. The problem is the technician and unfortunately I have to report it here
