poor services from vukela connect

i am currently being charged a 150 fee for a debit order fail from their side i wrote an email on Monday requesting them to debit the money from my account it the second this is being done to me and no one willing fix this matter nkeletseng sent an email today trying to explain but it doesnt make sent sense as to i should a pay a 150 fee for a mistake they made on their side poor services from this wifi
