I have been a customer of Vukelic for only 1 and half month, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The internet connection has been unreliable, with frequent disconnections and painfully slow speeds, far below what was promised in my package.

Attempts to resolve the issue through customer support have been equally disappointing — long waiting times, unhelpful responses, and no real follow-up. This has disrupted my work, caused unnecessary stress, and left me questioning the value of the service I’m paying for.

I expected a professional, efficient, and customer-focused approach, but instead, I’ve received poor service and little accountability. Unless there is a significant improvement, I cannot recommend VUKELAto anyone seeking reliable data services.
