Bad experience

Bad experience my account was debited 2x the I called for assistance I was advised that the Boss is in the meeting I will be called back that was on the 2nd of March no call received, I decided to reverse the amount and pay the correct amount as per the invoice. My account has been suspended, I have called the accounts department several times no assistance at all, I kept on holding once it says I am no 1 on the call to be assisted then it throws me back to position no 5 again and again.
