VUCA Telecoms (undersigned by Screamer) Paid installation beforehand by mistake - when installers came they said it was not possible to have line of site internet installed. I have been struggling for months to have my installation fee refunded.

Sylvia who is supposedly in charge of accounts has never rep**** to any emails. I have sent through my proof of payment and still no response.
