Bad bad service rendered by VRTravelcations

I am overly disgusted and disappointed with the service we received from this agency/company. We booked a trip to countries(Zimbabwe, Botswana then Zambia. After much discussions back and forth their itenary was a copy from another travel group which we had to choose from, it looked as though this was their 1st tour, we were expected to go on a game drive then travel back to say without refreshing and if we wanted to refresh we had to pop out more money. So from their bad communication, bad treatment, false advertising and so much more, this isn't a company I would advise anyone to travel with especially out of the country.
