DEBIT ORDER STILL GOING OFF!!!!

After trying to stop this debitorder it still goes off from my account at ABSA. Doesn't matter what i try.... it still goes off every month now for the last 5 or years or more. It all started when i took out a e-mail account from @tlantic. I cancelled my debitorder way back at @lantic ... but still it goes off. ****....*****ING MY MONEY!!! WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THIS?????
