Zero stars to VOX. I wish I never contracted with them

I wish I could give 0 Stars. Had an issue with fiber connection from 23 June 2022. It is 5 days now on and the issue is still not sorted out. Phoned every day to follow up. Some day twice a day. But they gave the same excuse. They made an appointment with a technician for 27 June 2022. Went home from work to wait for the person the time they gave me. I was waiting for 2 and a half hours for this so called 'technician' and he never showed up. I want the CEO of Vox email address so that I can forward this complaint to him so that he can see what is going on in his company, but Vox won't give the email address to me. They just coming up with new excuses. They already send an invoice for what we need to pay while we do not get the services. In my mind this is breaching of contract from Vox.
