Zero Stars - *********** Project Manager
Zero rating.
I am a brand new customer and have had several issues when the onboarding was done.
Laid complaints - no feedback or response from VOX, only partial.
Project Manager is totally ***********.
Send a request with my complaint for a senior manager to call me - still waiting for this phone call and this has been more than a week now.
Zero stars for VOX - get competent staff
