ZERO RESOLUTIONS
No internet for 11 days, Vox must have more floors than the Burj Khalifa they way we've been escalating! I have lost all faith in their ability to resolve this matter, meanwhile they are billing me on time for a service I don't have! There must be an organisation that exists to keep these companies in check, they are abusing us!
