Zero progress or constructive service
Two days ………. Multiple phone calls ……. Multiple emails ……… AND ZERO PROGRESS towards sending me a new contract to upgrade the line and pay VOX more money!!!!!!
Again, my experience of VOX Customer Service is appalling!!!!!
