ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
I have been struggling since 23 March 2023 to login to my account. I have emailed many people, many times and still unable to get a response from Vox. I have phoned in and there is no one that can assist. Surely a business like Vox should have a Technical Department to assist ? But judging from all the negative reviews on Hellopeter, I am not surprised now.
