Zero customer service

Had to give them one star because it wont let you give 0. Vox is the worst company i have ever dealt with. They are extremely quick to demand payments but extremely slow, or don't even respond when it comes to offering customer service. They will ignore you for months regarding customer issues but very quick to demand from their side. I would not go near them. Their technical and admin/support service are pathetic and to add to that they are extremely rude on the phone and email. They need to learn that the customer comes first! Rather look for an alternative to vox, there are many good service providers out there that would gladly take your business and offer world class products and customer service.
