Absolutely terrible service and rude staff. No help whatsoever and when speaking to accounts department I'm spoken to like they are my client and they paying me for the service. Now sitting with no internet being told they need forms that I've sent 3 times already plus submitted to the their own vox portal. Have had to make an instant eft payment where the staff member on the other side just said that our internet would be off for the entire day and maybe it would be back on tomorrow without a care in the world. After this was due to error on vox side.

A proof of payment or immediate EFT payment will not lift a suspension on your account until the payment has been allocated.
EFT payments may take up to 24 hours to reflect from the time the payment is made. As soon as the payment reflects in our bank account, the payment will automatically be allocated to your account and suspension will be lifted.
Immediate payments can be made on our Customer portal by visiting www.vox.co.za.
