ZERO Assistance!
It is impossible to get through to anyone. A request for a call back on the automated system results in NOTHING Frequent emails requesting assistance result in 1 ticket after another being issued with ZERO assistance! No one can connect me.

02 Jul 2020, 18:58A technician finally came by today to set up my WiFi. His name is Nhlanhla, and I must say he is brilliant! Kind, courteous, great sense of humor. He put me at ease and sorted out the issue. Vox is very fortunate to have an employee of such caliber!
