After FAILING to answer your phones on the 31 Dec 2024, 08:45, I sent an email. NO RESPONSE. Today, the 06/01/2025 I called AGAIN. NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sent another email; NO REPLY. Logged a ticket. YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY APPAULING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
