You won't get what you sign up for.

I signed up for a 50/50 speed, and don't get it above 13. I sat for the entire of Aprl '19 at between 4 & 6, Now its between 6 & 8. Have had numerous technicians doing the exact same test. I told them it's the definition of madness expecting a different result. They are not prepared to take the next step, To come out and test their reception. They keep telling me it's interference.. why was I not told of this before signing?
