<p>Vox you biscuits, I've spent the whole day struggling with helkom to sort out my upload so that I don't look drunk trying to play some Overwatch but to no avail. I new your fat pipe account would not be the prob but hey who else could I call? </p> <p> </p> <p>So happy I did, your new telecoms system is pretty nifty, picked me up automatically, I didn't have to give no details, your agent very quickly got to the point and started assisting right away, just wish I could remember her name. You could privately contact me and I will give you my account number to trace the call as she deserves commendation for this one. Anyways, she told that there was maintenance on the DSLAM and it should be over within the 3 hours. Perfect. Helkom somehow couldn't pick this up and all tests they ran said no probs...
