You are putting us out of business

I have been trying to resolve this connectivity issue with our service offered from your businesses for over 3 months now. This has taken up a lot of my time & had a severe impact on our business, to the extent where we'll have to close down. You have let your customer down here in the worst way, collectively blaming one another (Vox, Vumatel, HD Telecoms) and leaving you client to try resolve what is wrong with the service being provided. You have single handedly reduced our business to ashes.
