Be very careful what you sign for with Vox Telecom. I signed for three systems at my outlying offices. Two of them the upload and download speed was dreadful and the Fair Access Policy a disaster. I eventually cancelled the two contracts and my account was debited with R25,000 cancellation fee. I made many contacts with their accounts office for clarity on the cancellation fee I only got an answer after the debit order ran and that was because I phoned them. In my opinion Vox Telecom make their money from selling expensive hardware which you have to pay for in full if you cancel and can never use anywhere else. I have two systems they made me pay R18,000 for. Anybody want some hitech satelite gear?
