Wrost internet service provider

Voxtelecom has by far the wrost service! I would not recommend anybody to use them. To get a response on email is alot to ask for, the holding time in the call centre is 70 minutes. People are off sick, no contingencies, you have to send the same information to them every week, different people give you different information. I logged a formal complaint after struggling for 3 weeks just to get me connected, i have a router already, they cant even do a simple request like this. The generic sms` are supposed to help you but they confuse you as it doesn't confirm your milestone with TAT`s. After I logged my formal complaint on the 7 Feb early in the morning, I was promised a call back from Irene who is apparently the Manager. Never heard from Irene.
