Wrongfully charged on Invoice
Vox is taking advantage of their customers. They installed my router on the 11th of March and never worked until the 15th or 16th of the month but they are charging me a bill of over R600. This is ridiculous, the package was only R399pm and they expect me to pay for a full month plus more than half of this month. I was supposed to be credited for the days that my service didnt work firstly as it was their issue and not mine. I requested a call via email over 10 to 15 times but never got a call. I also emailed and they keep replying with an automated messaged saying it has been resolved. This is absolutely pathetic. I wish i never got involved with Vox in the first place. The service is disgusting.

Vox you need to stop lying to people because it will just give you more of a bad reputation than you already have. I am awaiting a call on the 079 number on file.
