Wrongful blacklisted

Hi. I'm raising my concerns about how Vox telecom works, I did a quotation of unlimited calls from one of their consultant called Aphiwe while they were doing marketing at morning side, Durban. I was very surprised when I found out that I am owing them whilst I didn't use any of their services as I speak they even went on to add my name on blacklist for something I didn't use. My fault was to do a qoutation from them .
