WOW useless

absolutely terrible service from your call center. WOW i pay for a 40mb fiber line through openserve. Firstly your service is intermittent not being able to work for hours at a time. i spent the past 4 days and hundreds of phone calls sending evidence through ping test and trace test. NOTHING !!! no call back no rectification and the amount of arrogance received by Eileen Raath is disgusting.
