Wow! Seriously

Having to call on a daily basis due.to lack. Of connectivity. Asked the operator if I could speak tt a Manager and said to please after 20 min holding I gave up and tried calling Head Office which did t answer their phones. Got a call back from the operator who how the service is and said to him that I was on the line with Head Office due to the lack of service, he then proceeded to tell me "that's fine"with the most attitude, I said oh really his answer back to was" yes" and then he went quite on the line I said goodbye and he just put the phone down. Is the service I get? I want to cancel. ????????????????????????????????????????????????
