Worts Telecommunications Provider in SA

THE WORST CALL CENTRE ON THE PLANET!!!! One department has no clue what the other department is doing!!! In an attempt to just create a new domain and copy email addresses from a previous domain in order to shorten my email addresses I have spent the entire day on the phone with probably more than 12 different call centre agents being transferred between Technical Support and Sales, SEVERAL TIMES!!! Between a Sales Department that is "OFFLINE" and *********** call centre staff that continously take no responsibility for errors and consistently keep creating faulty support tickets there is no end to frustration!!!!
