Worst/Non Existent Customer Service

The only excellent service that I received from this company was their sales pitches. After sales service is non existent! I have sent email after email after email to a certain Phillip K and to a certain Mohammad R without any response. This company will glady threaten to shut down your services when they have made the fault on your account and refuse to rectify it. My account has always been up to date, yet, I am still threatened that my services will be suspended due to their incompetence to complete their daily duties. I would not recommend that anyone use their services. Hopefully someone from higher up reads this, views the correspondence and takes the matter further, in my opinion, both of these individuals, as well as a third person, should be permanently removed from their duties at VOX. Vox has a ton of T&C's which we are forced to comply with and you cannot provide a simple customer service?! Maybe you should just not be in business at all.
