WORST TELECOMS Provider - VOX

Was told that it will take 48 to 72 hours for a technician to come out on MONDAY!!!! What a Mickey Mouse company, how can you treat customers so poorly and in a pandemic, I have to work from home and we arranged this a week ago, this is utterly UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

That is what has been said this whole week, your queue to even report this is 48 calls ahead and the callback - well, that option doesn't work either, if you can reply here you can send a technician out. Being able to reply on Hello Peter means you have the capacity to service clients, so start putting in the service in Customer Service
