Worst telecoms provider ever

I simply can not believe that vox is still trying to do business in the Ermelo area. They have no technicians to setup their product. Waiting almost 2 weeks to get my wifi on but only back and forth emails. Get some actual lines that work. No one wants to talk to a robot. I am so disgusted with this place that I feel like starting a telecoms company just to put them out of business., Wich wont be difficult as all I have to do is provide a actual service to the paying clients.
