Worst telecommunications ever

Hello Peter, I mistakenly overpaid Vox Telecommunications by R6200 on the 1st March 2021 and have struggling ever since for them to refund me. Every single day am told they waiting for Creditors manager to approve. Concerning replying to emails no body does. Managers do not return my calls nor do they want to give out direct telephone numbers of these managers or the owner. Could you kindly assist.
