Worst Telecom Company in SA!! So fed-up

The worst telecom company ever. I have created this account to rate this appalling and rediculous company. I received an email saying I must pay a cancelation fee when I never requested cancellation. Last year I was told to confirm my banking details to which i did and received a confirmation email. A few days later I was told I owe them. I sent an email asking how that is possible as they are suppose to deduct a debit order like they had been doing in the past 10 months. I never received any reply. Today I got an invoice stating I owe more than R2000. I have been trying to reach out via telephone and sending email from last year December with no success and they never call you back when you lodge a case.

Shame on you for total disregard for your customers. Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!
