Worst service VOX

Just as I thought Vox telecom has not rep**** to one compliant on hello letter and this just shows you they don’t care about bad customer service , well I ordered LTE from them and we confirmed a delivery date which they missed twice so we cancelled the service on the 26th of last month , did they no have the check to charge me prorata for the month and activation of a SIM card that I never received and now the emails are up and down and they will not refund my money which I think is very bad form for a big company so in saying that I will never be a customer of yours again in my lifetime
