Worst service provider ever!!!

If i could give this company a zero rating I would. I have been struggling for more than 5 days to get a line activated. Spent over 200 minutes phoning just to get an answer. You get put u on hold for 20 minutes at a time and send mail after mail. No answer. Absolutely ridiculous service. Worst thing i could have done is switch service providers.
