Worst Service Provider ever

We have had Vox Satellite now for 6 months. We pay for a 20mbps/3mbps Uncapped 24month contract. Our Wi-Fi is so slow, and if you phone Vox they just tell you to unplug the unit and or run a speed test, which I cannot even do with my Wi-Fi that is so slow and buffering all the time. I have contacted the support Technicians and get a Ref nr, but no one bothers to contact you. They suck when it comes to customer service. This is the worst service provider that I have ever had. Will not recommend them to anybody. Useless as I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. I was promised that someone will phone me, but nobody gets back to you. Useless bunch, Bull****ters of note. They want to charge you a call out fee, as if it is your fault for complaining about the service and inferior product.
