Worst service provider ever!!

The worst internet service provider i have ever used. Absolutely no customer service at all. Would not recommend them to anybody. Compeletly disappointed at the lack of help you get when you phone the call centre and the blatant lies that the "so called technicians" tell you over the phone...an entire week of phone calls to resolve our issue and our personal techinian had to come and resolve the issue.
