worst service provider

im not happy with the service vox offers, because i have been calling them for since December to help me with my internet but nothing. The network is very poor and there Customer service is bad coz the don't help you at all. The whole December i never had internet i only had it for a week and it was gone and it only came back first week of January when it was time to pay, i called them and there send someone to come home and fix and i paid after paying its gone again since the 25 of January until now i don't have internet and i have been calling but no one is helping.
