Worst service on this planet!

Vox ive phoned Vox support every day, sometimes twice a day and every time the agent says we need to wait for Vodacom. So i phoned Vodacom, gave them the FR number and they said the ticket says link has been restored. The link between my Vox data package and vodacom line is disconnected. If your offices are still open, i'll gladly come through and show the support team how to sort it out. Its honestly not rocket science to pickup the phone. I asked to submit a complaint via the agent yesterday and they said i need to login to the customer portal in order to submit a complaint. I'll be posting this everywhere so potential clients don't fall into the trap of dealing with Vox as this is not the way to treat clients. No support and zero willingness to assist.
