Worst service No connectivity no care

Maybe I was wrong to be excited to get fibre to home. NO CONNECTIVITY since yesterday ( maybe also on lockdown) I called twice did not help , asked for a call back did not call back. Sent an email no help spent over 200 Min in total just trying to get connected again. They don’t care about you! Luckily I haven’t canceled my cellc LTE .
