WORST SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give a ZERO rating I would have done so. If you look at all the reviews listed about this company you can seriously see why!! I have been trying to get them to refund my money to no avail!! First, they took 2 weeks to collect the modem. To do a refund the modem must be collected. It was collected on 31 Jan 22. After another posting on 31 Jan 22 they promised the refund will take 1-4days. That has passed yesterday (03 Feb 22) AND STILL NO REFUND OR ANY COMMUNIVCCATION FROM VOX!!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT NOW, THIS IS NOW BORDERING ON THE RIDICULOUS!!!!
