Worst service I have ever experience

My account number: ***, I have been taken from pillar to post, afetr have made the required paynent on the 30/11/202 and was promised to get FTTH services up and running, I have been waiting since then, accounts department shift blame to technical department and tech depart revert blacm to account dpt, all of a suddden they cannot locate my address, wow what a wow , I am fed with their stories and no one is taking me seriously
